Maintanence Details:
How long does the air compressor need to be maintained?
1. 500 hours: When the air compressor runs for 500 hours, the oil
filter element and air compressor lubricating oil should be changed
for the first time after the new machine is used. Remove the air
filter for cleaning and blow it out from the inside out with low
pressure compressed air. Do not blow air from the outside to the
inside to avoid clogging.
2. 2000 hours: When the air compressor runs for 2000 hours, check
whether the pipe joints, bolts and terminal screws are loose, and
tighten them if any. Replace the "three filters and one oil". Check
all solenoid valves and whether the protection differential
pressure switches operate normally.
